At least one of the tires on the truck was not balance which made the entire trip terrifying. The uhaul shop doubles as a lawnmower repair shop so I had to wait for non-uhaul customers. The truck was located in the adjacent lot down a long dirt driveway with very deep potholes. My car bottomed out driving to the truck lot. I'm going to avoid this location in the future.
JEFF FThe only complaint i have isn't really major. I returned my equipment after sunset and the lot was really dark and the reverse lights didnt exactly supply enough light to easily back into the designated spot. Not a huge deal though.
Kendall TThe only thing that would make it easier when renting the trailers would be a jack
April HDon tried very hard to get me a U-Haul trailer even tho the computer went down multiple times......he eventually worked out the bugs and got me trailer.
