Jeremy Cthe trailer dropoff and the office are on different driveways. we pulled into the office parking lot to complete paperwork, but getting out from there with the trailer was very difficult. There could be a sign that directs drop offs to the second driveway.
Evan SWe left truck at designated address lot, but the building had a DIY sign asking “do not leave U-Haul trucks in this driveway!! They go in the next lot up!!! (Between here and the light blue house” If the after hours drop off is different than the provided address the instructions provided by U-Haul need to provide this.
