The reservation system is terrible, they reserve your equipment where you want to pick it up and then text you the day before stating you have to go 20-30 miles farther than where you reserved. Then they don't offer any compensation. We received a leaking trailer one time, that put us a day behind, and U Haul offered no compensation or any discount. Not very happy with our last 3 reservations with U Haul. And let me be clear!!! Not the places where we had to pick up, only the reservation people.
