My reservation was switched from Norwich to Oneonta causing a lot of time and mileage that I did not need as I was closing on a house and moving the truck had problems getting out of park into drive and had problems with the windshield wipers on a rainy day Jessica from Oneonta was fantastic I wish I could say the same for the people at Norwich
