I attempted to pick up a U Haul van from another site (Hamden Filling Station} using the U haul App and was unsuccessful due to a weak signal in that area. It is almost impossible to send the scanned photos. I finally move to an area about 1 mile away to get a better signal to load the items requested, but now I was too far away to get the code needed to pick up the U Haul. After three hours of a very frustrating experience ( even with you support team's help), I had to give up and find another place to rent from. The on-line App may work okay in a city where the signal is strong, but doesn't work well in the rural area. Working with the manned U Haul place of business was very easy and I was able to get under way in minimal time.

Frank NIn the past couple on months I have rented two Uhaul Trailers, it's a nightmare using the Uhaul web page. When you order a Uhaul on the web page you can pick a location to pick up a trailer and when you check out Uhaul Ships you to a location across the state to pick up a trailer . I have found this location to be so helpful ( 330 Pony Farm Road, Oneonta , NY 13830 ) Jessica is the Best to deal with, She can and has gotten me anything I have needed. Any other location will tell you that you must order on line and get the run around. You could use a few more employees like Jessica.
