I cannot say enough good things about Jessica and this U-Haul location. Over the past 7 years in the military, I have rented and used U-Hauls all over the country, and this was, without question, the best customer service experience I have ever had. Jessica went completely above and beyond to help me. She took the initiative to find a U-Haul at a location closer to me, saving me both time and hassle. She even called me personally to make sure I was able to find the keys at the self-service pickup location. When I accidentally went to the wrong location and thought the vehicle wasn’t there, she remained patient and immediately helped me figure out the issue. The part that impressed me most was when I explained that I only needed the vehicle for about four hours. Jessica immediately started working on a solution. She contacted another customer who was supposed to pick up a truck but never showed up. When they confirmed they no longer needed it, she called me back right away and secured the vehicle for me. She simply asked that I return it by 9:00 AM the next morning. That level of dedication and problem-solving is extremely rare today. The facility itself was spotless, organized, and clearly well maintained. Every time I stop by, Jessica is constantly moving—helping customers, cleaning inside, cleaning outside, organizing equipment, and making sure everything is running smoothly. She is one of the hardest-working employees I have ever encountered. U-Haul is very fortunate to have someone like Jessica representing the company. She is professional, proactive, hardworking, and genuinely cares about customers. I hope U-Haul recognizes the incredible job she does and rewards her accordingly. If I were building a team, Jessica is exactly the type of person I would want on it. Thank you, Jessica, for turning what could have been a stressful experience into an easy and enjoyable one. Your effort did not go unnoticed.
