In the past couple on months I have rented two Uhaul Trailers, it's a nightmare using the Uhaul web page. When you order a Uhaul on the web page you can pick a location to pick up a trailer and when you check out Uhaul Ships you to a location across the state to pick up a trailer . I have found this location to be so helpful ( 330 Pony Farm Road, Oneonta , NY 13830 ) Jessica is the Best to deal with, She can and has gotten me anything I have needed. Any other location will tell you that you must order on line and get the run around. You could use a few more employees like Jessica.
