The place was dirty. It took us a long time to get the truck delivered to us
Yrma CCharged twice of $200 plus to my credit card all because they don’t check there location for keys and the truck. They said I had the truck when I returned it same day I picked it up for 4 hours. I will never use this company again or refer anyone to use this rip off service!!! Rather than fucking call me they just say wait let me just charge this person twice quadrupling what I actually owe of 65$. Now I’m waiting for my money to be returned in full! This smells like fraud ! I rented truck in 27 th for 4 hours and they charged me once on the 2nd and twice on the 6th. Why?? Because they don’t check on there fucking inventory or drop box where they tell you to drop the fucking keys!!! My rent is late now because the 400+ dollars they have on my credit card which I use to pay my child’s daycare I can’t use so I have to use my rent money to pay it , But hey UHaul doesn’t care no they just want ur money. Horrible place give me my money back so I never have to speak or hear the words UHaul again

Gary CI have continued to be charged for this. I will be going to my bank to refute all charges. This should not be happening. There was no representative at this location. I had to can a random phone number that the kwik mart employee gave me. This should not be a pickup location for uhaul. The neighborhood feels unsafe to leave your car for the day. Thankfully my car was still there when I got back.
