I have continued to be charged for this. I will be going to my bank to refute all charges. This should not be happening. There was no representative at this location. I had to can a random phone number that the kwik mart employee gave me. This should not be a pickup location for uhaul. The neighborhood feels unsafe to leave your car for the day. Thankfully my car was still there when I got back.

Lazaro B.The representative was a bit rude, non-communicative, and nonchalant. The owner had added LDW insurance without my knowledge, and the clerk had categorically refused to help me.
David M.I has to hook up the trailer myself because they wouldn't move and when I returned it had to call the owner of the place to close contact because lady at the counter refused to and said it was not needed. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
