The locations are fine, my problems are with uhaul as a company. I feel like I cannot post a review bc there is no actual location for the business itself. I feel like I got bait and switched to a larger truck and almost had to pay the price difference had I not noticed that the information the call center gave me was different. I feel like the only information given to the pickup center was the size of the truck and the equipment (only chargeable items), no information was conveyed about the free upgrade bc the size I wanted was not available and no information about the extra free miles I received bc it was not my original requested location. Unfortunately, i didn't notice the miles were not adjusted until we had already left the facility. I will not be using uhaul in the future and I will encourage anybody who will listen to just play more and go to a competitor.
