Fast transaction , the van was ready. Key drop was a good option
AHMED BPerhaps, don’t close the contract so soon, as my friend returned the U-haul truck to a different location. Charging me 290$ for the wrong drop-off location fee is a bit much l, and not allowing us to responsibly return it ourselves.

DANIEL MIt was one of the worst experiences I can remember. Days before, I made a reservation, uploaded required documents, and paid for it online. I showed up at my 9am reservation. I was about the 5th person in line. I did not get my trailer for about 2.5 hours!!! Each person took about 45 minutes. Everyone had reservations but several trucks or equipment were not there. There was a single person working the whole store. Supposedly the computer system was not performing well and the store clerk said it happens all the time! Because I had movers waiting for me to arrive with the trailer I had to pay them $200 extra... just for waiting around. I was soooo upset!!!
