My dollies and blankets were not provided but I was charged for them The truck didn’t run well and was very dirty And it took over an hour to pick up Terrible experience

Elizabeth JI was directed to a different location because the original choice didn't have a truck the size I needed. Then, when I went to the recommended location they didnt have any moving blankets. They tried to send me on a wild goose chase to find them and I said forget it ill figure it out and ended up not getting them. Please refund me for the moving blankets.
