When I reserved the van online, it told me there was an option to scan a qr code on my phone to get keys. When I get to the location, there was no such thing and I had to wait for Uhaul to open up to get the keys. I got there at 1PM, and they opened up at 3. I don't like how the expectations during the use of the truck are not clearly communicated. I didn't know that I had to refill the gas back to where it was originally. Also, the estimate on the driving time is such a scam. I didn't know I was actually going to get charged on the estimate. I actually drove less than the estimated milage I put I am never using this service ever again.

Joseph OTruck had a serious problem 1/2 mile from the location, but the Uhaul (national/corporate) roadside hotline and (especially) the local office/rental location dealt with it really well and quickly. I’m extremely grateful for the help I received and could have had a much worse day than I did. Particular thanks to this rental location - would recommend them to anyone.
