The location itself was great, the U-Haul system was very disappointing. It took over an hour and a half to pick up the truck. Not because of the man running the store, but because the U-Haul system was slow. All of us tried to check in on the app and it wasn't working for any of us. I requested a standard dolly and furniture pads, those weren't available. I was very disappointed overall with U-Haul. I know it wasn't the fault of the guy running the store, he was doing the best he could with the system.

I waited an hour and a half to be served, even though I had already checked in online. There was a line of people waiting and only one attendant. Terrible.
Brian FMade a reservation for 9am and got there around 8:30am and there was a massive line and had to wait an hour which really pushed things back for my move. Uhual is usually a pretty quick process, and maybe the place was understaffed? The guy who seemed to be the only one working there had no sense of urgency to help the customers. Just overall not an easy time at this uhual location.

Andrew MWhen I reserved the van online, it told me there was an option to scan a qr code on my phone to get keys. When I get to the location, there was no such thing and I had to wait for Uhaul to open up to get the keys. I got there at 1PM, and they opened up at 3. I don't like how the expectations during the use of the truck are not clearly communicated. I didn't know that I had to refill the gas back to where it was originally. Also, the estimate on the driving time is such a scam. I didn't know I was actually going to get charged on the estimate. I actually drove less than the estimated milage I put I am never using this service ever again.
