Frances Awhen i went for after-hours app pickup it wasn't clear how to begin the process. I didn't even realize i needed an app at first. I tried to call the franchise, but it seemed to go to voicemail. I thought i was not going to be able to get the truck that night and was getting worried. Calling the uhaul number rather than the franchise got me a real person on the phone and was better. I think it could be more clear that for after-hours phone assistance you should call the 'corporate' number rather than the franchise. Maybe a specific 'After-Hours Phone#" would help.
