When they have a reservation at a specific location you don’t wait till the 11th hour to have them go to a different location to spend more money than they need to for the mileage and that the person that can operate your ability to check a vehicle out is actually at the location at the scheduled time of pickup!!!! I had to wait 2 and 1/2 hours to get the vehicle. My mileage should have been around 4 miles instead of 10 miles due to your failure!!! I should be reimbursed for the extra 6 miles
