Nicholas AI booked a 20’ truck rental a week ahead of time and ended up getting two separate calls to change sizes of truck and location. I was told that I would need to rent a 26’ truck (at no additional charge) but wouldn’t be charged for the additional mileage since I had to drive 30 minutes away and back to pick up the car. I still ended up getting charged for the additional mileage, and it also didn’t factor in the gas mileage difference between the 20’ truck and the 26’. This whole experience was a bummer.
