The location was not in the safest area and there was no personnel there to help. Overall a very unhappy experience with U-Haul and I will not be back

Louis MThey me to maintain trucks better. Trailer all the tire straps were ripped or cut. The engine on the truck was awful and idle at about 4000 rpm the whole trip. Ask they equipment needs maintenance
