Vehicle had no fuel at time of pick up. As soon as I got it I had to put fuel. I talk to the lady and she said it had 1/8 of fuel. I took a picture before I moved it to show her that was empty. Location felt unsafe. There is a U-Haul location storage and rental that I picked up some supplies and I thought it was the location that I needed to pick up the vehicle. The person indicated me that it was next door. She told me as long as you know Spanish you are set. Did not like the fuel situation since it added a step as soon as I picked the vehicle. I had to take pictures for documentation.
