The trailer had a low tire should have had 65 psi and only had 19.5 psi the guy at Tony’s was no help. Told me to hook up the trailer and bring it up to him to take a picture of how it looked, I couldn’t get the lights to work so I had to drive 1350 miles with no lights ( it was NOT the truck ) I asked what size ball was it and they didn’t know Worse experience I have ever had with U-Haul I rented one last year in Ohio at a different location and the were very helpful and friendly The guy at Tony’s acted like it was a bother to him
