When you tell a customer a week out the equipment is at one location and the day before you call and say "No, its not there please drive 40 miles round trip to retrieve what you were promised" that is bad service, abysmal. I have rented from you multiple times, next time I will look at all options before giving Uhaul further business.

There was no one there to take the trailer off. Not much communication. Told we were going to be charged when we returned it but charged card immediately. Poor communication.
