Better customer service. Actually have the equipment at the designated spot of pickup. Not have me drive an hour here, an hour there just to get to the right spot. Total waste of gas. Plus I ordered a dolly. The pickup spot didn’t have it either. Total chaos and nightmare. Horrible experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen you tell a customer a week out the equipment is at one location and the day before you call and say "No, its not there please drive 40 miles round trip to retrieve what you were promised" that is bad service, abysmal. I have rented from you multiple times, next time I will look at all options before giving Uhaul further business.
Jeffrey HThere was no one there to take the trailer off. Not much communication. Told we were going to be charged when we returned it but charged card immediately. Poor communication.
Joe BThey helped me every step of the way and then some.
Jack BHave a gravel parking lot vs soft sand.
