The van smelled really bad like there has been live animals in there before I rented it (specifically smelled like goats). There were pieces of raw corn on the floor of the cab which makes me further believe animals were in there at some point. Not sure what to suggest, an air freshener probably would not take the smell out. I think it needs to be professionally cleaned. I rented a seperate U-Haul last month Aug 13 -16 from the same location and had no problem with cleanliness. The truck I used from September 17 -19 was the cargo van. I aired it out the best I could when I used it, but the smell is still very noticeable.

Tamer AService is great at the store. However, I was not impressed when I found out the reverse lights didn't work by almost backing into another vehicle. Because they didn't know I was moving.
lisa hThe location was great, and I had a positive experience overall. However, the truck had an issue that the staff at the location were unable to assist me with, and they asked me to contact you directly. When I was refueling the truck to the requested fuel level, the fuel gauge suddenly stopped moving and appeared to be stuck. I continued filling the tank because the gauge was not showing any change. Then, all of a sudden, the gauge jumped significantly and showed that the fuel level had gone well past the required point, leaving the tank almost full. Because of this issue with the fuel gauge, I ended up spending approximately $45 on gas instead of the estimated $25 or less that would have been necessary to return the truck at the requested fuel level. I would appreciate it if you could please review this situation and consider reimbursing me for the additional fuel cost caused by the fuel gauge issue.
