The location the the vehicle was rented from didn’t have the vehicle we rented so we were sent to another location. But, that location was no longer in use so we had to drive to a third location to pick up our rental. The agent at the third location asked me to send pictures of the vehicle/mileage/fuel gauge after drop off. I did so and then a few hours later someone else was calling asking if the rental had been returned. Where’s the communication? The staff I dealt with were all very friendly. But, everything seemed very disorganized and clearly the setup is out of sync
