Super nice and friendly. Called me the day before an advised I can pick up earlier if needed
Travis KI tried booking the truck online but was not successful. I decided to go to the store but was told that they cannot help me, I then called the main office and got an order number. I returned to the store then the clerk called someone and when I tried giving the order number was told that I should follow his instructions and asked for all the information again he did not take the order number that was given by the main office. I used the truck for less than two hours, when I returned the truck I asked for a receipt but was told all they needed was the key.
Dodzi AI found the cost was higher than expected. Perhaps a clearer and obvious statement on the website of all the costs that one will be charged in a rental might be appropriate.
