I've got the app, followed the steps. I added photos of my license in the app, I still had to go inside and show my license! Why? I've rented from you countless times before. Then when I drop it off, the app says I see to go into the store where I rented and talk to the guy. Guy says, all good you don't need to see me. Wasted my fucking time!! If the trailer is damaged you'll bill me right?? The app is mostly about upselling.... wasted my fucking time! Since you are the only game in town, yes I would recommend to a friend - CERTAINLY not because of a good experience

GERALD JNothing comes to mind at this time. The truck was ready and the pre-trip inspection was straight forward and easy to complete.
Dan MMy location was changed 5 minutes before pick up. We spent almost 2 hrs on the phone trying to reach your company and never did. My movers had to wait 2 hours for us to return. There is no customer support for your company and we were left alone to figure out what to do.
