Owner was helpful with our situation. Picked up a truck and later discovered that it was dirty and had a leak - after an ordeal of dealing with a U-Haul hub, the owner of this location was able to swap out the truck for us

The check in process online was soooooooooooooooooooooooo extensive. It was long and hard to do. Taking 7 pictures, after the car was parked in a tight space and opening each door and moving around the vehicle. I don't know just took an additional 20 minutes easily after a long day of moving. I don't know that I will ever return a truck this way again. That said other than a ton of sand in the front of the vehicle, the truck ran really well and was perfect for our move.
