When you use the app on your phone and loose the connection you are not able to go back in and complete the on line checkin, it only lets you check out. I thought it was odd that I brought the truck back with more gas than it had when I picked it up and was charged for not having enough gas. Why cannot a truck have a full tank when picked up and then have a full tank when returned? It would take the guess work out of the equation.
