The truck was in good condition but had to clean out popcorn off the floor. Also, ordered a dozen pads but only had 10 or 11. And 2 of the pads had mouse droppings and 1 had a dead mouse in it so couldn't use them.

CAMERON MWe got back from Kentucky Sunday afternoon and I returned the truck about 3pm. It was due back Tuesday but I figured it would be better to bring it back early it seemed like a real surprise and no real interest in it being there. Truck was clean and had more gas in it than it started with.
Raymond FI received a call from UHaul the evening before my trip (after my location was already changed once) that I had to pick up the truck later than expected because this location didn’t do online check out. When I got there that’s all they did (the in person rep didn’t get there at the time UHaul communicated anyway), there was no organization and it was a hassle all around. Delayed my day by a lot.
