My only complaint was about the uhaul compan. I had to reserve the trailer online and it wouldn't let me pick how many days I needed it for. I planned to rent it on the Friday and return it on that Sunday. It made me pay for 5 days. When I called to get reimbursed for the 2 days I was told they will rarely reimburse.
