JASON DAs long you have customer service like Joseph at this location your on the right path. I tried at another location Military Hwy Norfolk wasn't so pleasant, and I'm glad I didn't have to travel over 45 min to deal with their customer service.
MYRON HAt first I was a little disappointed that the pickup location was not the one I requested. But U-Haul was very accommodating.
