You can let the customer choose where he or she wants to pick up the rental. Mine was changed to the above location after a location close to me was confirmed in an email. The location was about 40k further from me than the original. Not good customer service.

Hank W.I was not impressed with the lack of explanation around the quote before I left with my rental. When I returned, I was charged an enormous rate and then the explanations came.... When I completed the estimated quote online and reserved my rental, it was nowhere near what I was charged in the end. I feel that the Owen Sound site did this on purpose. I was duped for sure!
