I only need the U-Haul for 1 day but had to rent for 3. Thought I had unlimited miles just to be charged an extra 40 dollars after returning it. When I set up the reservation the woman I spoke to gave me 10% off but when it came time to pay, I didn’t have the 10% off. I won’t be using U-Haul anymore and I’m going to be needing a 26’ in about a month. I’ll go to Penske

PAMELA HEasy pick up and everything was good to go
melanie eFilled truck back up to 3/4 tank took truck to drop off NO building or drop box or nothing so wasted gas and mileage trying to find place then eventually looked phone number up for bobs buildings and more and he said just leave truck at subway he will pickup and check it in.
