This was the worse process I’ve dealt with in a long time. The pick up and drop off facilities were both poorly ran, non carrying and absolutely no help people to answer questions. Gave advice that did not agree with the contract, etc. I will be very reluctant to ever rent from U-Haul again because of my experience.
