How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was bleh.. if I hadn't interacted with the attendant we would not have had any exchange at all.
JONATHAN MReserved the truck online and requested 8am pickup. I signed up for self checkout via app. One day before I get a call that “we don’t have that feature “. I still used the app to check in and take pictures. It was confusing, app says to use the office said no.

MARK HWas told I could only have truck for 5 hours and paid for 24 hrs. No dolly or pads available that were ordered. Whole process to rent was insane. U-Haul employee could not figure out why the on the phone registry would not work. Overall experience was poor, and I will do all I can to avoid U-Haul in the future and will let others know.
