Setup a rental for a 20’ truck for Saturday. Had to change plans and push rental to Sunday. Told 2 employees (Darius and Ian that I was not receiving either text message or email confirming g my
JASON CI did not appreciate being charged for 4 gallons of gas for driving a grand total of 6 miles. (And no, i did not leave the truck running while not driving!)
