The pick up process was atrocious. Having opted to pick up at 08.30 using my phone it failed and when I inquired I was told the site would not rent to me, but I could go to another site and rent. By the time I would get a vehicle I would already be an hour late! I waited until the site opened and asked what the issue was; the site had no knowledge of any issue and rented me the truck, albeit an hour late! Despite discussing this with U-Haul corporate I still have no answers. I rent trucks frequently and will use Penske in future! Perhaps U-Haul senior management might call and explain - 4104196337!
