The dolly was not zip tied and I was charged for it eventhough we didnt use it. When I called and found out they are zip tied I mentioned that you can probably tell in the pictures I uploaded on the portal that it was not zip tied when I got the truck. I was told the person could not assist with a refund and it can inly be done by corporate. She said she would tell her manager. Im pretty sure I won't be reimbursed and i wont make a bigger deal out of it for $7 but its a sneaky way to have charges added on.
