1. Wash the vehicle (especially the windows) before it's next customer. 2. Waited in the office for 14 minutes, looked around, didn't see anyone. Called the place 3 times to get someone to come to the front desk. Suggest forwarding desk phone to cell phone when expecting to be away for an extended period of time.
