Went to drop off location,,Representative was on phone,,I waited about 5 minutes then he ask was i returning truck,while still on phone then about 3 minutes later he gets up ask for keys while still on phone,,poor service and unprofessional,,

I waited an hour to receive the truck. I was late to where I needed to go and was not able to handle my business. It was a timed appointment and the guy that was at the location was waiting for the person to release the information for the truck that was not there. It just was all bad experience. It was a total waste of money. I drove all the way there just to say that I was not able to do what I needed to do. I would not recommend this location to anyone and then they also charge me $10. Try to charge me $10 to park my car on their lot that was an abandoned store. It was no . I would not recommend this location to anyone and then they also charge me $10. Monique CI was charged more than I usually get charged and I got a smaller truck this time.
KIMBERLY KEquipment was very dirty and the app did not let me upload photos. We have photos if we need to fight additional charges. They also must have input beginning mileage incorrectly because we filled it back to 1/2 tank and they tried to charge us. We also have photo evidence of beginning tank level and drop off tank level.
ELEANOR DThis location stole money from my husband account in the aum of 300 +. They are not to be trusted and they also had their young daughter handling the transaction. We will be contacting our lawyer
