It was like going into a store that uses self service for the first time. 1. Location was unmanned so I had to bang on 3 doors of the RESTAURANT doors. 2. Located a door with 3 phone numbers first number on the list inoperative 2nd number got a response. This operation is not welcoming to a first time user. Perhaps if I need a second use it might be a possibility since I know the routine. I think more information on the confirmation email would be more useful before approaching this location for the first time
