Problem is with the website when returning vehicle. I take all the vehicle pictures to do mobile check in then submit. After submitting i get returned to the beginning of the check in page and have to take all the pictures again or assume what I sent went through. Then later get charged $20 return fee. This has happened many times when renting from uhaul the past few years.

We expected to get 1 month free storage with U Haul, but the location we were set to was not a UHaul center so we ended up paying for our rental unit.
