You don't need to improve anything. I needed my rental for another day, and the ladies in the office made it very easy to add another day I needed to return my rental by 4:30 pm (their closing time) and 1 of the ladies that lived on the property, offered to let me bring it back after this time because I rented a trailer, and it couldn't be left outside the gate. Fortunately, I was able to return it right at 4:30pm, but was very nice that she offered to let me return it after this time so I wouldn't have to come back in the morning by 9am.. Great ladies that work in the Pahrump, NV location. They were courteous, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this location and would use it again! Sincerely, Lori Walters
