The pick up location did not explained to me that my toll transponder would not work while using this Uhaul vehicle. In addition tolls were charged to my CFEA toll account and Uhaul also charged me for the same transaction, during the trip. The Uhaul phone rep told me that my transponder does not work, which is why I had to pay Uhaul, this was a lie and I am expecting my toll money back. Because of this experience I may NOT rent from Uhaul again!
