I tried to return the van at the 4703 Babcock st palm bay location would not accept it. Called the 800 nnumber they referred me to 4510 Babcock st. The man came out when I pulled in he was very nasty said I could not return the truck there he would not accept it. Called 800 number again they sent me to location at 2600 Kirby cr. Location was closed. I could not get the App to work on my phone to do a contact less ckin. Called 800 number again sent me to 5172 Minton rd owner met me at the gate for check in. He was great ,friendly understanding. It should not take 4 tries to check in a rental. I have to pay extra miles because of U-Haul. All of the issues should have never happened. Not happy!
