The truck inside was dirty (under the arm rest was filthy (food)). The site didn’t have a printer to get me a hard copy of the dispatched truck and trailer, he asked me to take a picture of the iPad.. additionally, the truck was running for a while so that the information that was provided wasn’t accurate. I attempted to upload the pictures on the Uhaul app, but the app froze… my biggest complaint was the gas cap. The gas cap kept coming off during the drive, and gas smells & fumes were present throughout the drive. I had to pull over several times to put the gas cap back on.additionally, the cab shook violently at posted speed limits. Not impressed with the service and safety of the truck…I’ve been having headaches since this incident.

DELMER LMy drop off experience was awesome. I was immediately greeted outside by Eddie. He inspected and disconnected the trailer, muscled it in between a couple of trailers, completed paperwork, within ten (10) minutes! Highly recommend.
