The lot was muddy and dirty. It tells you to call a phone number, but I called multiple times and the line was busy and went straight to voicemail. They did call me back after about 10-15 minutes, but I did self checkout on the app.

This location doesn’t have a full time staff working it. Equipment is easy to drop off.
RAYFORD LIt should have been noted that this is a remote location. There were no instructions as to what to do when you arrive or what equipment you were going to get. I had to call and the connection was very poor. Dirt, gravel road to get to the equipment. The furniture pads that were reserved "were not available" and she was sorry. That does not help when you are traveling 2 hours to pick up furniture that you want to protect!
MARK EThis is a mobile location. Very fast response time and excellent customer service. The trucks were clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. Staff was friendly, helpful, and made the rental process quick and easy.
