Location offered no assistance with hookup. You have to call a number then have them explain to you how to take a picture to send to them proving you hooked it up. Same with delivery. In the past i would go to other U-Haul locations that hooked up the equipment and made sure all the connections were properly done. I’m glad I went with my wife, otherwise she wouldn’t have been able to do it by herself. Customer service was sub par. I would not recommend this location ever.

EDMUNDO RProperty overcrowded. Had to move trailer by hand to hook up and drop off. Left signals didn’t work on trailer. Chain mount on trailer broken. No trailer jack meaning the heavy trailer has to be lifted by hand. Other than that friendly rep and very helpful when calling or needing anything. She make the process very easy.
TRAVIS FNobody was on site but Richard the phone receptionist was very nice.
