Self return, was convenient and easy.
Alan BEasy drop off. The app is buggy. It didn't register me there but when I went to leave it did. I can't upload a picture which would of been helpful since I already turned the truck in.
Sandra PThe trailer was clean. It just needed to be swept out lightly. The trailer had 6 to 8 wire ties on the floor. It took me a little bit longer than necessary to get out the door because the trailer had to be manually moved into position for hook up.
