They didn’t have my dolly. Het three months later they are still trying to charge my card for it. They added an extra 199 miles though I have clear documentation proving other wise

DANIEL OWas supposed to open at 8:00, didn't arrive until 8:30. I advised in advance that I needed one dozen blankets - didn't have any. I had go too another U-Haul offie to get the blankets! Truck exterior was filthy dirty! Gas tank was half empty! Had to spend $70 to fill it up before even getting it loaded! Truck burned fuel like crazy - used $250 worth of gasoline to go less than 500 miles! Truck rode like a chuck wagon - every bump was enough to break your teeth! Truck was so noisy you couldn't hear - I had to remove my hearing aids in order to stand the noise! Engine whined, whistled, sounded like air leaking out everywhere - rushing air sound the entire drive - very disturbing and annoying. It is likely the last time I will rent from U-Haul. Customer satisfaction is obviously not your key trait. Even dropping off the truck in San Francisco was a nightmare! Signage was not good and took truck into the wrong area - had to back up and turn around go down a narrow ramp and then finally found where I was supposed to go. Overall, a very forgettable experience.
