It would’ve been nice if my reservation was confirmed when I got there at 4:30! It was submitted at 2 pm and assumed it was good to go. But nope, had to download the app and re do the whole process. Then was charged a 25$ fee because it was after hours?!? Kind of crazy. Will not be using them again.
