I drove a mere 30 miles, yet I was charged for 75 miles. When I returned and pointed out that the distance of my trip had been calculated incorrectly, I was told, "We're sorry, but there is nothing we can do"—and they charged me the full amount for 75 miles.

richard pWhen I made my reservation it said I would get a $66 discount if I returned to the truck to the Cathedral City location instead of the Desert Hot Springs location, but when I picked the truck up I was charged full price with no discount.
