I had difficulties using the app to complete the return processes for the truck. I was able to speak with a person at the call center to complete the return. Maybe it was operator error on my part but I with the return process was more streamlined.

It appears the location intentionally waited untill 15 or so minutes after my return time to check the vehicle in and charged me for two rental and two insurance costs. When I actually returned it about 3 hours early. I had to call customer service who gladly issued a refund.
Robert LStaff are helpful, and nice, and truck was clean. However this location just has trucks, no other moving supplies or tools that are needed in a pinch like other locations.
Randy BU-Haul let me down big time but this location completely rocked. The rep was kind and patient. Thank you!
GAREY TI rented this truck about 1 to 2 weeks ago and told the girl at La Quinta Inn of all the struggles I had with it. It could hardly climb a hill, the gear would get stuck down in a very low gear and the engine would rev and just suck the gas. I got it today and the exact thing happened, nothing got fixed on this truck. I rent your trucks a lot, and I know exactly how much gas to put in and it was over. Double the amount of gas I normally use. This truck needs repairs, I don’t want to rent it again and have the same exact issues.
