2nd rental that furniture pads were needed. I checked the box and preordered them. NO PADS on arrival. NO way to protect items, NOT even so much as a phone call to notify me. Never ever using U-Haul again. Too many others out there for this NOcustomer service.

JAMES MI received confirmation that my reservation was confirmed for my selected pickup location and then the night before pick up uhaul changed my pickup location 30 mins across town. When asked if I would receive a discount for the last minute change I was told no and that is how uhaul does business. Excalibur did great though.
