The cube smart storage facility had an illuminated “open” sign in the window and there was an online Apple Maps listing that hours of operation were until 4pm. At 3pm I arrived and was instructed via the app to go inside, present a code to an employee, then get the key to the vehicle. There was no employee or other option, so I waited for a phone call from the company with another customer just as inconvenienced and confused as I was. After resolving the issue, I got stuck on another step in the app and needed to get in queue for another call. Vehicle was switched. Before any of this the GPS told me for 20 minutes that I was at the wrong location. I triple checked and finally the chat assistant told me to restart the app. I was an hour late for my appointment because of all of it. Extremely frustrating for someone who rents these 2-4 times a year.

Quick and Easy
JOSHUA KHad the wrong truck assigned to me. The wrong mileage and the wrong gas amount. When I returned it I had to pay extra because what the return location had on the old truck that I was supposed to pick up was not the same fuel amount as the new truck that I picked up. I had no pads that I ordered 6 months ago when I made the reservation. This whole process was a real cluster.
