Cameron FThe mobile check in and the customer service chat and phone representative gave me a hassle. I have rented trucks multiple times in multiple state never had to give a number to contact someone to verify I was renting a truck, and when I put other people’s name and number in the mobile app would reject it saying the person could not be someone on the rental contract. I was the only one on the rental contract.
