We returned the truck 20 minutes before it was due. They told us they had a few other contracts to process and would take care of ours at the same time. I get my receipt via email and noticed I was charged an extra day. I called an they tried saying I returned it beyond my time. Seemingly, they entered my return time as the time they processed the paperwork, almost 40 minutes later. When I called, he kept trying to talk over me, but agreed to correct the issue and charge me correctly. They should be required to process each rental return as they come in, regardless of anything else. I'm sure the other people that were in the pile were overcharged as well since they returned before me. This took 2 calls and a promise to call back when they fixed it. I had to log into my bank account (after no call) to see that I was credited. Definately not the best customer service and not how U-Haul should be represented.

The store wasn’t open during this drop off but I’ve used this location before. The key drop box was easy to locate and return instructions were clear.

JUNIOR BGetting the vehicle went great overall but I will say the pickup location was confusing to me. I got to the store early and until I went through the app to get the keys for the vehicle I found out the truck was actually at the car wash. I had no idea until that point. It delayed the pickup a little bit and isn’t a big deal but it would have been nice to know the truck was at the car wash when I was dropped off. Other than that everything went great!
Tyler KI rented a trailer and we tested the hazard lights at pick up. Then when I left for my trip, one of the tail lights was out and the turn signals did not work. I tried it on 2 different vehicles. Not a big deal but all light functions should be checked. I let the drop off location know of the issue.
