Signed up online for a contactless pickup. Had a gentleman walk out with keys asking if the number that matched our reservation was ours and it was only to drive up and the office give it to someone else. We were there for over 40 minutes and the women helping us out was talking to her employees about lunch breaks and other stuff and wouldn't communicate well with us. Upsetting when I made the reservation over a month in advanced to have such bad service. I will try to avoid that location in the future.Aaron W.

I won't be back .The lady was very busy , but she wasn't very professional She was giving my brother dirty looks even though he was talking to me about a TV show the price is right. My brother saw that she was really busy so he decided to wait untill we came back to drop off the truck to buy some dog food and he told her thats what he was doing and Not even a thank you just more dirty looks. She talked nice, but her face said it all. Plus the van wasn't ready on time. I know she was busy and I was pretty tired myself but we were still her customers and don't deserve to be treated that way.NOEL M.

Having two children attend undergrad and grad school, we have moved one of them 8 years in a row. This experience is by far the best and that comparison is from 3 different companies, including that of U-Haul. If anyone is looking to rent equipment in the Parker Colorado area, we strongly recommend Parker Feed and Western Supply!!!!!ROBERT O.

Debbie was rude and demanding that I return the uhaul before the return time on my contract because it was overbooked. The uhaul representative on the phone said it was no problem but Debbie insisted that I was causing problems. I didn't feel safe returning the uhaul to her location but everyone I talked to at uhaul said that I would be charged more if I return to a different location. I have spent over $5000 this year on renting uhauls and this experience was absolutely terrible and making me rethink ever using uhaul again.David F.

I was extremely happy with this location. They were very helpful and very professional. The truck was in excellent condition and my move went the smoothest of any I've experienced. I give this location a 10++ALISA A.
For some reason, I had difficulty with the return process. At first, the system would not locate the order number and when I called the 800 number I waited on hold for over 15 minutes. This made for a stressful return process because I wanted to ensure a timely return. I might suggest providing the return location (when different than the pickup location) and Overview of the return process when sending the pick up confirmation email/text.Matt V.

Not only were the employees rude I was over charged. I returned the trailer 1 day early. I had to ask for the extra day to be refunded. I got an invoice showing the refund but it never got sent to my bank. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge.Christian Z.

My reservation was for 8am. I was told to pickup my equipment at 10am a different location. They didn't open until 10 and I had loaders scheduled for 10:30. By the time the gentleman checked in the truck and got my paper work done it was 11:30 so I had loaders waiting, cost me over $150.00 more. I wouldn't recommend uhaul to get anything correct. If a person schedules a pickup location and time uhaul should tried to keep that.Leroy G.

I never requested the 14.00 insurance, yet when I went to the feed store to pick up my rental, there it was on the order form. And the clerk "conveniently" did not know how to remove it as an option, so I was stuck with it.Jeffrey S.
