BRIAN L.The manager came out of the office yelling and screaming and stating that I cannot just drop off eqiuipment. He was rude and unprofessional until I showed him the reservation to drop off the equipment, then he was explaining that people have dropped off equipment and it should not have been dropped off. He did not appologize for being rude, did not check in the trailer for multiple hours after the fact, did not make me feel like I would like to use them ever again. This was the most unprofessional person that I have had to work with, and it makes me want to never use U-Haul again.

Barry N.I have rented from this location on two occasions. On both occasions the people were rude and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. Additionally, their equipment was dirty, inside and out and it did not run well. I typically do not take the time to complete reviews but I felt it was necessary in this instance so others can make a more educated decision as to where they chose to do business.
Martine S.Very confusing that the truck is parked on the back side of the building which is accessed by a different street. Zero directions given until you go through 30 steps in the app then it shows you a satellite picture.

Lacy R.If feasible, a cargo van with a sliding door for easy access to cargo bay in tight parking. Otherwise, service was excellent and vehicle handled well on the road. I.E: Braking and steering responsive, tires having good tread. Motor was responsive as well. I had confidence in the vehicle. I'd recommend friends/ family and will be using this location for my next move.

William T.Great staff very friendly and helpful however they hooked up the trailer to my truck. Lucky I got to my load safely over an hour drive away with my wife and kids in the truck. Upon loading the vehicle on the trailer the hitch came disconnected and slammed into my tailgate. If I hadn't of brought my floor jack it would have been suck or caused future damage to my truck. I'm not worried about my truck I have a 20 year old truck to tow with for a reason I'm just upset that this happened once I reset the trailer it had no problem so I just ask for the hitches to be checked upon install.
Christopher H.Check out just takes too long and app never works on site due to bad WiFi - I really love and appreciate the folks who work here and want to support their small business. I just wish more would get cross trained and can help the checking out process for U-Haul. It's not uncommon to have to wait 20-30 min at this location.
Lacy R.Trailer was clean but had safety issues. Tire strap on passenger side was torn and frayed. Could not use it. Safety chain on back was missing the hook since it was grounded off. The frayed strap was the 2nd time I have rent this type of trailer and had this issue. I think all trailers need to have both straps that hold the vehicle to the trailer and safety chains in working order. This is definitely a safety issue. This is not an issue with that location but Uhaul itself neglecting certain safety items on this type of trailer.
Shawn S.The mobile app needs better feedback if pictures aren't quite correct enough for what needs to be recognized. I had to take a guess that the picture was wrong and numerous picture attempts to get it to finally continue to the next screen when showing the mileage and fuel level. Also, I had to retake pictures of my license even though i had done and submitted them the day before.
