The location was just a "parking stall." The poor employee of the gas station was trying his best to help me, but I feel like U-Haul did not do a good job explaining how the pick up would work.

Too far from my original requested location. The vehicle was parked and filled with snow.
Yashasvi DI chose this location to drop off the truck because it was a person working there so I would not have to do the online drop off. The person was rude and not helpful at all. They told me I had to call a phone number to drop off the truck but no one answered the number. When I told the person in the store this they said "Just keep calling." I finally went online and returned the truck that way.
