When I called to ask the recommended height for the hitch ball, they didn't know. They told me they would need to eyeball it and figure it out when I arrived, recommding I bring multiple attachments.I was trying to determine which hitch attachment to install on my vehicle to match the height the ball needed to be... I was able to find it online eventually.
